How do I place my delivery order?

3 daily time slots (10am, 1pm, 5pm).
All orders must be confirmed via phone call prior to delivery drivers leaving the dispensary. Failure to confirm will result in a pushing delivery to the next time slot
Step 1
To start your order, make sure that you navigate to the menu on the delivery page.
In the top section of the menu, on the right hand side it should say “Delivery”.
Then right next to it, you will be able to select if you would like Medical delivery or Recreational delivery for your order.
Step 3
After you’ve added your item(s) to your cart you will be prompted to enter the address that you would like your items to be delivered to.
Step 5
Next, you’re going to want to enter in your customer information and confirm your delivery address.
Remember that the name listed on your order must match your ID or the driver will not be able to complete your delivery.
Step 7
Next, please enter your Drivers License Number as well as your Medical Card Information, if you are making a medical purchase.
Step 9
After reviewing all of the information you entered and confirming it’s correct, scroll back to the top of the order page and click “Place order”
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a call from your driver to confirm your order. The driver can not leave with your items if you don’t verbally confirm your order.
If there is a delay in confirmation then you may be pushed back to the next time slot.
Step 2
Next you’re going to add all of the items that you want in your order to your cart.
You can do this by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button or the small green “+” next to an items price.
Step 4
Once you’ve added everything you want in your order to the cart, you can review your items and quantities here before proceeding to check out.
Step 6
Next you are going to choose your payment type. You can either pay instantly online by connecting your bank account to Dutchie or pay with cash when your order is delivered.
If you’re choosing to pay with cash, please remember that drivers don’t carry change with them.
Step 8
Finally you’re going to confirm that your order is correct and enter your desired delivery time slot in the “Special instructions” section
Delivery Info
- Delivery time slot: 10am, 1pm, 5pm – slots fill fast
- Add desired timeslot in notes section when finalizing your delivery
- Delivery fees:
- 0-9.9miles = $7.50
- 10-19.9miles = $15
- 20miles = $20
- 25+ miles (medical only) = $27.50
- No minimum required
- 20 mile delivery range for adult use
- Must have your ID to show drive
- ID must match ID on customer profile
- $5 Rapid Fee – can’t wait for the next timeslot or want to be prioritized? Call and ask about our rapid fee
Delivery Reminders
- New patient purchase must be made at dispensary, no first time delivery orders for adult use customers
- All in store discounts are available for delivery
- Drivers do not carry change
- Adult use allotment: 1 oz (up to 5 grams of concentrate)
- Medical allotment is 2.5 oz every 2 weeks
- Remember to tip your drivers
- Delivery drivers leave dispensary at the designated delivery time slots, delivery times will vary based on location, drive route, and traffic
- No returns can be made to the delivery driver. All returns must be brought to the dispensary.
