- Nature Med delivery is available everyday for medical patients only.
- There are now 4 times slots per day: 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm
- There is a no spending minimum.

- The delivery fee is $7.50 if you are within 0-0.9 miles, $15 if you are within 10-19.9 miles, $20 for 20-25 miles, and $27.50 if you are within 25-30 miles.
- You are able to place your orders online through the website or over the phone.
- Drivers will begin to call 30 minutes before delivery to confirm orders and totals.
- If you are unable to answer please call back before your delivery time to proceed as normal.
- Confirmation with patient must be made before the driver leaves the store or delivery will be pushed to the next time slot
- Please allow up to 1 hour for your driver to get to your location.
