Welcome to Nature Med Az (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nature Med Az mobile application (the “App”) and the services provided by our dispensaries in Arizona (the “Dispensaries”). By accessing or using the App and/or visiting our Dispensaries, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App or visit our Dispensaries.

Use of the Nature Med Az App

1. Nature Med Az App: The Nature Med Az App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 21 years old or the legal age to purchase cannabis products in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Mobile App License: Nature Med Az grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in compliance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions: You shall not:
   1. Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, transfer, assign, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App or any portion thereof;
   2. Use the App in any manner that may impair, disable, or damage the functionality of the App or interfere with any third-party’s use of the App;
   3. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
   4. Use the App to send or transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that may be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate;
   5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any associated databases;
   6. Violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of Nature Med Az or any third party.
4. App Updates: Nature Med Az may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App. By using the App, you agree to install and use these updates as part of your use of the App.

Dispensary Visits

1. Compliance with Laws: By visiting our Dispensaries, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to cannabis use and purchase.
2. Personal Use: All cannabis products available in our Dispensaries are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
3. Age Verification: To enter our Dispensaries and purchase cannabis products, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID proving that you are at least 21 years old or have a valid medical marijuana card.
4. Product Availability: Availability of specific cannabis products in our Dispensaries may vary and is subject to change without notice.
5. Medical Cannabis: If you are a medical cannabis patient, you must present a valid medical cannabis card, as required by Arizona law, to access medical cannabis products.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Nature Med Az App: The App is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Nature Med Az does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
2. Dispensary Services: The services and products offered in our Dispensaries are provided on an “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of any products or services offered in our Dispensaries.

Limitation of Liability

1. Nature Med Az App: In no event shall Nature Med Az be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the App.
2. Dispensary Visits: Nature Med Az shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your visit to our Dispensaries or your use of any products purchased in our Dispensaries.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nature Med Az, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your visit to our Dispensaries, or any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to the Terms

Nature Med Az reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App or visit to our Dispensaries after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
